Pogoplug as MOH source for OBi1032 IP Phone

I have a Pogoplug Mobile V4-A1-01 Personal Cloud that I thought I could use as an MOH server for my OBi1032 IP Phone.
The OBi1032 requires a SIP URI to be entered in IP Phone > Phone Settings > Calling Features > MOHServiceNumber

It has to be in SIP URI format such as something@blabla.com

I have placed the moh-1.mp3 on a SD card in the Pogoplug and it is recognized. The only thing I want to do is use this for MOH.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to get this working?
