I am trying to use 3 OBi1032s with OBiPlus.  Every time I add the 3rd one, one of them stops working with a 503 error.  I can delete one and the other 2 will start working.  I was using only one port on the 202 and the 3 1032s.  That would be 4 users.  Apparently it is counting both ports on the 202 whether you use both of them or not.  I have also tried it with no users assigned to a 202 port and it still will only let 2 1032s work at a time.

Are you using the "free" OBiPlus Lite?  It is limited to 2 VoIP phones (as it states in the manual/license), regardless of how many physical ports are used on the OBi device.  To get support for more VoIP phones via OBiPlus, you have to go to the paid Premium version.

There are alternative (non-OBiPlus) methods to use VoIP phones with the OBi (look on the forum), but they come with various degrees of additional (manual) setup work depending on what other functions you are trying to implement.

I am using the free version.  I asked in the forums if you could use one OBi202 port and 3 OBI1032s and an OBI employee replied that I could.

I suspect that that individual either (a) has some secret sauce s/he is not sharing, (b) misinformed, or (c) missed the "free" part of your question (clearly it works with a Premium subscription).

In any event, your issue would appear to be with a particular response from a particular individual.  I recommend you open a real support issue (the "community forum" is not a documented official support channel, although sometimes you may get a reply).  Please post the response you get so that we all are better informed.

This forum is the only support you get with the free version.

From the "Introducing Obiplus"  sticky in this section of the forum:

'IP Phone Extensions - 10 with Premium, 2 with Basic Subscription'

That seems quite clear.  Sad
