Obi202: Setting to increase the volume for the caller?
Armada:
Hey all,
Been setting up my Obi202 and when I'm on the phone with someone they say they can barley hear me, but I can here them on my Obi just fine.
Is there a way to increase the outgoing volume so I'm louder on their end?
Thanks all!

From the OBi Admin Guide:
Quote
ChannelRxGain - Receive gain in dB (-12 to 12) to apply to signal received by OBi from the attached phone(s)
Physical Interfaces -> Phone1 Port -> ChannelRxGain: 12
Corpy:
It says it can only do -12 to 6
Or are we able to hit 12?

To increase Transmit gain, wouldn't that be:
Physical Interfaces -> Phone1 Port -> ChannelTxGain

I never needed to use the RX or TX Gain settings, so I have no experience with them.
The Admin Guide says -12 to 12.
When you place the cursor over the "?" in the configuration it says -12 to 6.
I don't know which is correct.

To me "received by OBi" means an outbound call.
Maybe I' m wrong and you need to change TxGain.
