Two Obi200's in Two Locations (Same GV and SIP accounts on each device)

I've searched through numerous posts but I'm unable to find the same scenario.  I'm configuring two Obi200 devices up for my folks who split their time between two locations.  They would like calls to their FreePhoneLine and Google Voice numbers to ring to both locations/devices.  Meaning, each of the two devices would access the same FreePhoneLine and Google Voice accounts.

Location 1 = Obi200 (device x, which will be located in British Columbia)
SP1 = Google Voice – used for inbound and outbound
SP2 = FreePhoneLine (Primary with 911) – used for incoming and outbound

Location 2 = Obi200 (device y, which will be located in Arizona)
SP1 = Google Voice (Primary) – used for inbound and outbound
SP2 = FreePhoneLine – used for incoming only

1) Is this setup possible and, if so, how do I configure the devices?
2) Do I register these devices under the same Obi account?  I've read Circle of Trust issues in a few posts so I wanted to confirm.

I'm trying to do same thing-2 obi boxes in different locations using the same gv account. I can setup one box ok, but the second location keeps giving me a "Service Not Configured." As I need service more in the second location, I tried wiping obitalk app privileges and reinstating them when i add gv account, but still doesn't work. Anyone successful at this setup?
