Reject voice calls on fax-only line via Google Voice

It is a dedicated fax number however I get a portion of faxes from an insurance company which, unfortunately, only sends via an anonymous number.

However, I also get unsolicited anonymous calls which I can't block in Google Voice because it would block the needed anonymous faxes along with it.

I've white-listed the fax numbers in Google Voice for all other incoming calls.

why don't you get a free DID from CallCentric, and dedicate it to fax?

(edit, imho, Use the least complicated solution if possible)
