Help FPL auto answers on 2nd Ring

Here is an interesting one, I haven't messed with the OBi recently but 2 days ago all calls from FPL ring once, and on the second ring, literally the second ring it auto picks up and FPL's voicemail service takes over. In the WebUI on FPL's site it's set to 5 rings and has been 5 rings for over a year now.
I am super sure this is an FPL problem and not an OBi configuration issue? Anyone experiencing similar issues by chance?
