Is it possible to increase the volume of the Call Waiting Tone?

Yes the Call Waiting Tone is user programmable, including its level.

Go to Ring Settings, Ring Profile A (or B if appropriate) and you will see 10 Call Waiting Tone definitions.  The first is probably 440-18;30;(.25+10).  The -18 is the level in dB.  Making it less negative will increase the loudness.

Which of the 10 tones you are using (and need to adjust) depends on which of the 10 Ring Patterns (defined on that same page) you have selected under Voice Services, SP1 (or 2 as appropriate), X_DefaultRing.
