if the call is still being forwarded phone 1 isn't suppose to ring and you will get a dial tone on it while the other is ringing.

Phone 2 should ring 2 times before the call is forwarded.

Hmm... Shouldn't Phone 1 (connected to Obi) still ring 2 times as well, since this is a conditional forward
CallForwardOnNoAnswer?

If I didn't have Phone 2 connected straight to the landline, I wouldn't hear any ringing at all and wouldn't be able to answer the call before the end of the 2nd ring.

Does it make sense?

Yea, your right, the phone connected to the obi should ring twice and the other phone should ring until the call is answered.

Is it a bug then? And inability to turn off call forwarding is another one?

How do I report them to Obi?

RonR:
Have you connected to the OBi directly and confirmed that all call forwarding is actually diabled there?

OK, got it! I did somehow had unconditional call forward enabled in the Obi admin interface... :-\ I must have enabled it when I was trying to make call forward work in the first place.

Good to know that settings in admin interface may not match the ones in web expert settings page. I probably should have taken a hint from the "expert" in Expert Config and left it alone...  :D

By the way, is it normal for values in these two interfaces not  to match?

Thanks for all your help, guys! I really appreciate it.

Normaly, if the OBiTALK site and your OBi are not the same, it's due to having Auto Provisioning disabled in your OBi.

If Auto Provisioning is enabled in your OBi, you MUST configure it from the OBiTALK site and NOT directly.

If Auto Provisioning is disabled in your OBi, you MUST configure it directly and NOT from the OBiTALK site.
