Can not retrieve configuration from device now. - Backup Config always fails.

Same here:  I can NOT backup any of my OBi devices (OBi202, OBi200, OBi110, OBi100)
in OBiTalk Expert Mode.  I also receive the message: 

"Can not retrieve configuration from device now. Please try again later."

Backup was working when I last used it on May 1st and on April 15th.

I requested Support from Obihai on 5/20 to investigate the problem. Still awaiting contact/resolution.

There is a known issue with backup at this time, please wait for a
few more weeks while we look into fixing this issue.
