Hey guys..  I have 2 OBI1032 in two different locations (different states) setup with google voice.
I have the GV working flawlessly, but my problem is that i cannot direct oibtalk the phones.
Also I should add that these are setup on 2 separate OBITalk accounts.

So here is my problem.
When I use my phone and dial the **9(obinumber) it will ring the other phone and everything works.   But when i have them dial my **9(obinumber) they just get called failed.  Both phones are on the newest firmware. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for about a month now.
I tried to search the forums, and read through many things and I just have no idea why this is doing it.

Can anyone suggest something for me to try??  TIA

What is the value of the following?
Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute
It should be "ph" without the quotes.

You might have to uncheck both boxes to the right to see the real value.

Edit:
This is on your OBi1032.

I logged into both accounts and the value on both is the same which is {ph}

Changed both to ph and no luck.. same issues..

Are they getting any error message?

Have them look at their OBi1032 Call History.

To access Call History:
Log directly into the OBi using the local interface.
Key the IP address of the OBi into a Web Browser.
Hit Enter
The UserID and default Password are both "admin".
Click Status on the left column.
Then click Call History.

They should see an entry like "PP(610xxxxxx)"
You can look at your Call History to see exactly what it should look like.
They should see your successful call in their Call History.

If they see the call go out correctly and you see nothing coming in on your side then it's probably an OBiHai server problem. This has happened several times. I had these symptoms in the past and the problem corrected itself, probably OBiHai fixed something on their servers.  I would open a Support Ticket at OBiHai.

FYi, you can define a Speed Dial like: pp(610xxxxxx)
Where 610xxxxxx is the target OBi.
Now you won't need to dial **9.......

Edit:
The squiggly brackets are optional with a single rule, so the 2 are equivalent.

The Call History has all my outgoing calls, and my incoming GV calls. That is all..

When i try to dial the OBitalk number I just get an instant busy signal.  I even tried using the ObiTalk app on my iphone and that does 3 quick busy rings and hangs up.

So strange how it would work to one phone, but not the other..

A quick busy can indicate a DigitMap problem.

Define a Speed Dial like:
pp(610xxxxxx)

This will bypass the DigitMap processing and route the call directly to OBiTalk.

Edit:
This would not explain the Obion app problem.

Defined the  Speed Dial like you suggested...
pp(610xxxxxx)

Same issues... This is so weird

As you are positive that both phones have the ph value under the Voice Services -> OBiTalk Service -> InboundCallRoute try calling **9 222 222 222 on both OBi1032 phones and make sure both phones can can dial out successfully.
