Hi,

My connection is
ISP modem ---> TP-Link TL-WDR4300 ---> OBi200

I have GV + FreePhoneLine set on OBi200.

My isp upload 2560Kbps and download 30720 Kbps.

What is the min / max upload speed and download speed I should allocate for OBi200 ?

I also have read somewhere that current hardware NAT stutus should be disable for better performance of Voip what is your advice ?

Thanks

Your broadband speed may be sufficient without QoS settings, depending on your other streaming activities.

I've read one VoIP channel/session can require ~87Kbps or less in one direction depending on the codec used.  You can set aside bandwidth accordingly, if necessary.

Hopefully your router NAT will not be an issue.  Do disable any router SIP ALG or SIP Passthrough function, as it typically messes with SIP traffic.
