callblock a number

Is there a way to callblock two number to give busy signal all the time or message "the number you called is disconnected"

Google Voice or some other ITSP?

With Google Voice, just pick the number from your GV call log, and mark it spam.

It is for my SP1 freephoneline and SP2 GV.

Not sure on FreePhoneline, but see my original comment re: Google Voice.
