Sometimes I need the phone2 forward to phone1, phone2 forward to a URL. How should I set up?

CallForwardUnconditionalNumber: ph
OR
CallForwardUnconditionalNumber: spx(id@somewhere.com)

SPx must be defined as SIP and not GV
