Voicemail not working

Hi all,

I'm using a generic SIP provider where *55 is the voicemail number.

If I dial *55 on my ObiTalk phone, I get an invalid number tone. Is there anything I can do? Do I have to prefix it with anything?

This works fine on other SIP clients.

Assuming your provider is defined on SP1 and SP1 is your Primary Line.

Use OBi Expert to make the following change:
Service Providers -> ITSP A Profile General -> DigitMap
Default Value:
(1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)
Change it to:
(*55|1xxxxxxxxxx|<1>[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|011xx.|xx.|(Mipd)|[^*#]@@.)
