Phones often don't ring on incoming GV/Obi202

Hi,

Been an Obi202 user for years. When the rumor was that GV support was ending in 2014 I switched to PhonePower with my Obi and everything worked fine. Now I cancelled PP and switched back to only Google Voice and Obi202.

I removed everything in ObiTalk and set up GV on SP1. Configured and forwarded GV to Google Talk okay. I can call my GV number from Skype as a test and it rings the house fine. But other callers are not getting through... they get rings and then the GV voicemail, but my phones never ring. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I only have one Obi device and only one GV account for this purpose. Thanks!
