ObiWiFi setup when moving to different network

I have a Obi200 with ObiWiFi, it was working. What is the minimum of setup procedure when moving Obi200 with ObiWiFi to another network? I did a factory reset on my Obi200, but it requires to go thru adding device to dashboard.... Thanks.
