Obi200 + SPA3102

I have an Obi200 and a Cisco Spa3102. Is it possible for me to connect my landline through Spa3102 to Obi200?

I don't want to buy an Obi110 or an ObiLine. They are expensive.

This should work.
The Spa3102 has an FXO and an FXS port.
So the OBI can be placed behind the Spa3102.
OBI connect on SIP level to the Spa3102, and the landline is connected to the spa3102.
