Title: OBi200 stopped ringing

For some reason my OBi200 stopped ringing.  I can pick up the phone when someone calls and speak to them, but the phone never rings (I know when to answer because my Google Hangouts client alerts me).  Is there some switch that needs to be reset?  Could it be corrupted firmware, hardware?

Presumably you have tried another phone.  :)

Very unlikely to be corrupted firmware.

Check the settings under Physical Interfaces,  Phone Port.  Ring Voltage and Ring Waveform.

Yes I tried that first thing and checked that the ringer was on!   :o

What would I be looking for in the Physical Interface?  Everything looks like the default settings..

ok I tried deleting the device off the OBiTALK portal, factory resetting the device and adding it back to the portal.  I still get no ring out of the phone port.  Any idea how I can physically test the phone port for failure?
