Title: cant save device

i've been trying to add freephoneline with the sip name and pw, but everytime i click submit,

Exception

save device error Invalid instance:1

any assistance will be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum.  How are you setting the Obi up?  Connecting to the Obi IP or through the Obitalk web portal?
