Title: "No service configured error" with removed SP
Post by: CLTGreg on October 22, 2015, 01:43:16 AM
Hopefully this is a routing thing I can be schooled on but I haven't found any search results that are similar.

I have three accounts with Anveo that I have moved between an OBi202 and 2x200.

I have removed all of them except for the OBi/Anveo home line. The other accounts are disconnected from all SIP devices and their call flows are set to only hang up instead of ringing the OBi which at this point is disconnected. No SPs assigned, no SIP connection to Anveo.

My primary outbound is SP1 on the 202 with GV. If I call one of the numbers with an area code 200 I get the "No service configured error" and am told to log in here and configure my device.

It only seems to be happening with SP1 on this box. Other results:

Every other combination works. The same GV # on other OBis work. BT works. Outbound other GVs work.

Since the same GV works on a 200 and not a 202 I'm sure I screwed something up. I removed it and put it back and get the same error on 202/SP1 only. There are no call logs during these experiments.

Is there something rattling around in there? All three boxes were rebooted.

thx

Answer: Phone Port One OutboundCallRoute had {(1202xxxxxxx):sp2} string in it. SP2 not configured. That'll do it. Will keep better notes.
