Title: Integration with Amazon Echo
Post by: MMujo on January 10, 2016, 09:47:10 AM
Is integration with Amazon Echo in works (similar to what Ooma is doing). User can say "Alexa call Bob", and then Obi would dial Bob and ring the phone. User Bob would be programmed as contact in Obi.

Do not post the same question in more than one thread.

Do not hold your breath waiting for a useful answer.

Damn, this would be an awesome feature. So would IFTTT and maybe SmartThings integration.

I noticed the "ObiExtras" thing. Seems pretty "meh" for what they're charging. But if it started integrating with the Echo and Home Automation stuff, and pulled my contacts on it's own every so often from Google Voice, THAT would be worth paying for.
