Title: Why Isn't The ObiTalk Portal Completely HTTPS ?
Post by: chilirock on March 17, 2016, 10:34:07 AM
It's hard for me to understand why in this day and age, the ObiTalk portal would not use "https:" all the time for all pages. I realize that https is somewhat available if you force it. Even then it doesn't appear to be using EV certification.

I would prefer that the site to which I'm providing admin and other authentication passwords is as secure as possible.

I would love to hear from someone at ObiHai on the philosophy of not offering https all the time.

Wow I'm surprised, over 2000 views and not one comment. Is this not a concern for anyone else? I'm not very technical, but it seems like with the mostly automated Let's Encrypt functionality, this would be fairly simple to implement.

It would be nice to hear Obi's position on the matter.

Use the search feature.

This has been discussed before, your not going to get any response from obihai.
