Hello:
I've tried *97 and *99 with no luck.
Do I need to setup something on either the OBi or on the Anveo account to make this work?
Thanks for any help with this,
Rob.
I don't use Anveo any more but if I remember correctly you just need to set up a speed dial on your Obi to have it dial your Anveo DID number. You can test before you set it up by simply dialing your own number. Works with most Voice mail.

Thank you for your reply. :)
I also received the following reply from Anveo support:
"You need check the configuration of DigitMap feature of your OBI device. You need allow your phone to dial *XX numbers..."
Do you know how to do this?
Thanks,
Rob.

You can add
|*97|*99| to your Anveo DigitMap or make a speed dial entry.
I just made a speed dial for my anveo trunk's voicemail. Very simple to do.
spx(*97) is all you need for the speed dial Number/Address field where "
x" is the SP number for your Anveo trunk.
To dial the speed dial just enter the speed dial number followed by "#" sign. So for speed dial entry 9 you would just dial:
9#
Thank you Taoman! :)
I will give the speed dial setup a go.
Rob.

Thanks again - this works perfectly.
