Title: Obi 1062 function question
Post by: wpsb on February 10, 2017, 09:55:58 AM
Hi, I have an OBI 1062 phone. I have several different SP on it.

How do I connect the different SPs?

For example - lets say I have 2 callers on my first line (SP1). If another caller calls me on a different phone number (SP2) is there a way to bridge the two lines together? I tried hitting transfer and it did not work.

To be clear - this is two separate phone numbers with two service providers on my obi 1062 phone.

Thanks,

It's explained in this document:

http://www.obihai.com/docs/OBi1000-IP-Phones-User-Guide.pdf

Pages 37/38 - Conference calls > Local Mixing/Bridging

Hi, I looked at the document and ti says that my phone should say "add to conf" but it doesn't. It just says conference. When i hit that button I hear a dial tone which sounds like it wants me to dial another number not connect the existing line.
