Anyone currently having issues with GV forwarding to their Callcentric numbers? I even tried to call the CC numbers directly from a landline and it says, "All circuits busy...."

Beat me to it. I was going to post the same thing.
I am experiencing the exact symptoms you are..........even when calling the CC DID directly.
I've been looking all over the Callcentric site to see if they have a service or operational status page but so far I haven't found one. Checked their Twitter feed but found nothing. I have never experienced this before.
Clearly, this has nothing to do with Google Voice.
Edit: Well as of about noon (Pacific time) my CC DID seems to be back to normal.
Same here...back to normal at this posting.
