Title: Best hard/soft solution for dual line management

Greetings,

Just getting acquainted with the vast capabilities of the Obi...

In an environment with two lines - such as a home and a work line - , what is the best solution for differentiating which line is being called, so that, for example, i can answer the phone differently depending on which line is being called, possibly have a different device ring?

Is it as simple as having one GV account for each line and programing each one to ring on a different phone (on an Obi 202 or 1022)?

The options you already mentioned plus on the ATAs you can use a single phone but configure different ring patterns for each service ("line" in your parlance).
