Title: Obi110 to Obi212
Post by: e2icjunc on November 14, 2017, 09:05:29 PM
I used the Obi110 and forwards calls to my landline by checking "CallforwardUnconditionalEnable". On "CallforwardUnconditionalNumber" I type in "LI(xxxxxxxxxx)" and it works. Now I replaced the equipment with Obi212, and this format doesn't work anymore. Pls help.

I don't see a problem with your code, it must be a bug. You could try deleting the OBi212 from OBiTalk, do a factory reset on the OBi212 and start from scratch.

You can accomplish the same function another way.

Voice Services -> SPx Service -> X_InboundCallRoute: li(xxxxxxxxxx)

You can simultaneously ring the OBi212 phone port and forward the call:

Voice Services -> SPx Service -> X_InboundCallRoute: ph,li(xxxxxxxxxx)

The first to answer will be connected to the call.
