Title: How to set up SIP provider for outbound only

I set up my SP1 as Google Voice and would like to set up a SIP provide as SP2 for outbound calling only and don't want to receive incoming calls from SP2. How can I set it up?

Set the InboundCallRoute for SP2 to {}.
