A useful addition to Obi device functionality would be some capability of browsing the speed dial directory from the attached phone ports. I know you can do this from a web browser at the ObiTalk portal, but right now I am using a paper printout at the physical phones.
It seems like there should be a more convenient and secure method, maybe interactive audio readback of ID#, name, or phone number by the Obi device software. On the Vtech analog phones connected to my Obi 202 there is also an LCD display, but I do not know if there are any non-proprietary standards for data display.
