How do I configure the 508 internally. I see the manual has code that can be used to change hunt groups and such but I do not understand how I can get at that code.

Have you tried Expert Mode on the portal?
I saw it once someplace but could not find it again. I assume that is the doorway into it. What should I expect once inside?

I see now and kind of get it. Sorry for such a basic question but I don't want to mess things up.
There seems to be a block from changing settings probable related to the check box. What is the proceedure to say enter into caller ID. It does not allow entering text.
