I followed the tutorial to set up Google chat to test out the functionality to control my Obi from other trusted gmail account. I then used my Google chat to call my gmail account with Obi. It rang once and then it's connected. However, I was not able to hear any announcement from the Obi Auto Attendant. I got Obi OK response no matter what I typed in the message box and hit enter.
I just got it today and I guess I must be doing something wrong.
Any help is much appreciated!!
