I have couple of devices added to be account. Few of these devices have been missing for last few weeks and I cannot configure them any longer. All these devices are obi2162 IP phones. Any ideas?

No. But to be sure I double checked. All devices were showing for longest time. But suddently last few months only devices which are not obi2162 IP phones are showing.
The problem is that I am not able to add them again, as the portal complains that the device is already present. But it is not showing me these devices. Unless I delete these devices, I can not add them.
Another surprising thing is that ALL devices (even the ones missing in the dashboard list) show up in the list of LINKED DEVICES.
I checked and all of my devices (200's, 202's and 2182's) all show up.
My 200, 202 and 2182 are showing. But 2162 phones have disappeared. They used to show earlier for the longest time. But not showing for last month or 2.
