Title: Obi2162 phone fails with USB headset intermittently

I have an obi2162 IP phone which has two USB ports. I am using a Logitech USB headset and get intermittent failures. In some cases, the caller cannot hear me, but I hear them. In other cases, the phone reboots or goes offline. I have tried both USB ports and have problems with both. I've used the same USB headset with my desktop without problems daily for years. The phone is connected via its built-in wifi. Any idea what the problem may be? Thanks!

I am having this same problem. Did you ever find a solution?
