When I went into my home office today, one of my 2182's has a RED light at the top and is stuck at OBIHAI boot screen (!)
It doesn't respond to any keypress and a power cycle doesn't help.
Is there a hard reset or something I can try? Maybe something on one of the USB ports?
This has been tombstoned for several months, so no intentional or requested updates on my end and now is the first I've logged into the portal to check it. Portal shows it offline.
There was a procedure to force a factory reset on the OBi 1000 series phones; I don't know if it also works for the 2000 series: unplug the power, then hold down the home and back keys simultaneously, then plug back in the power and wait.
Aside from that, all I can think of is to try swapping the power supplies between your 2182s and see if the bug moves with the adapter.
