My experience so far:
Signed up on Friday Dec 31st. The advertised price is $24.99. I was billed $25.00.
Autoprovisioning did not work. I get dead air after dialing the 933 test number. After 45 seconds, I hear The number you dialed, 933, has not received a response from the service provider.
I've emailed them twice. The second email message was bounced with a delivery incomplete status. My mail provider will continue to try to deliver the email.
So far, I'm not impressed. Has anybody else had a better experience?
You might think about Callcentric https://www.callcentric.com/rate/plans/north_america_basic/ (https://www.callcentric.com/rate/plans/north_america_basic/)
"For just $1.95 per month our new North America Basic Plan comes included with E911, 120 minutes of outbound calling to the United States/Canada/Puerto Rico, UNLIMITED calling to Toll-Free Numbers, UNLIMITED in-network calling to other Callcentric customers, and full support for all of our FREE value added features."
Reading between the lines, I think I'm hearing you say that PunchAlert isn't worth my time or money.
I'm saying for the same amount of money or less, you can get service from a company that offers more features. I have never used Punchalert 911
I think this OP is using punchalert as a 911 provider,
That being said there is actually a lower cost service that works perfectly well for $12 per year.. After some years of using it I know that several 911 calls have passed on it successfully across several accounts.

The only issue I have with them is they do not warn you enough about service expiring

If I may ask, does that plan have normal
inbound calling included?
