My OBi2182 is acting strange today.
I had a voicemail while I was out and after pressing the VM key on the phone I got this message:
You cannot place two calls at the same time. To place another, please either hang up the first call or enable the multiple calls feature on your account. Message 2001
I brought the local interface on Firefox and went to reboot the phone. It would not let me, so I unplugged the ethernet cable from the phone as I use POE.
I thought this would reset the phone, but no I was wrong.
What do I do now?
Is that message being generated by the 2182 or is it coming from the ITSP? I suspect the latter. Dialling the echo test number might provide corroboration.
I was able to do the echo test ok.
It was coming from Callcentric. They said a call lasted 2 hours and timed out. Maybe it was some scumbag spammer that forgot to hang up.
It's working ok now.
