Got a brand new OBI110 and hook up the phone and connect the ethernet to the wireless router( Comcast built in wireless modem ), then Dial **9 222 222 222, it always said "There has no service to complete your call",
Here is more detail information:
1. All connections are good,
Router is a wireless built in with Modem in one piece from Comcast.
2. Pick up phone attached to OBi and dial ***4. Hear the current IP address (192.168.0.13)
3. From a command prompt on your PC, ping 192.168.0.13 works
4. Open your browser and type 192.168.0.13 in the address bar. I can access the webui with default username and password
5. Test OBi by dialing **9 222 222 222.
Problem: There is no service available to complete your call.
Log into the OBi directly (192.168.0.13) and look at the OBiTALK Service Status at the very bottom of the main status page. Does it show?:
Status Normal (User Mode)
The status is "Required Service"

I've never seen that before. You should be seeing "Normal (User Mode)".
Has any service been configured on the OBi (SP1/SP2)? Is there a PSTN line in the line port?
No any configuration started yet, just get everything from the box and plug a phone to the phone line and connect network line , then power it on, dial the test number: **9 222 222 222, that's it.
Is there anyone using comcast service with the build in wireless router?
Thanks.

None of this is needed. A totally unconfigured OBi at factory defaults should be able to successfully call : **9 222 222 222
Log into your Comcast router and try turning off any firewall or security options.
If no luck, log into OBi and try setting Network Settings->DNSServer1 to 8.8.8.8 and DNSServer2 to 4.2.2.2 .
If still no luck, report whether System Status->SystemTime shows the correct time.
