Incoming from Line 1 works and my phone rings, but when I go (outbound) from auto attendant and press 2, I input the number **8xxxxxxxx#, I get the following error.

Transfer Target, Continue At Ref:32612

Same result when I dial directly **8xxxxxxxxx# from the phone. According to the logs, the call is being done by AA1 (auto attendant) and then transferred to LINE 1. Any suggestions?

That is not an error message. It's an indication that the incoming call to the Auto Attendant was transferred to an outgoing call on the LINE Port.
