The Obi 110 is installed in Mexico and connected to a land line and 2 Google Voice acct. Everything works fine but the dashboard does not show a green light on this device. I have an Obi 202 installed in the US which shows green.
Any clue what is wrong?
It is something which has happened to me as well. I suggest updating your unit with the latest firmware. Delete your device from the portal, then register again. I'm not certain if you need to update the firmware for this to work. In my case when it happened to me I was running old firmware version. These steps worked for me.
The unit was updated with the latest firmware. I followed your advice, deleted the device from the portal and reregistered. Seems to work fine now.
