I've seen a lot of posts on using Call Centric to add caller name to the incoming calls on GV having only caller number. I'm looking to do something similar on calls coming into the LINE port that only has caller number, not name (I have the most basic service from AT&T that has caller id number. They force you to buy a different much higher cost plan to get CNAME, and you can't just add it al la carte).
Basically, is there a way to set up the system so that incoming caller number is looked up in an online database and the name is then added so that the answering phone will get both name and number?
I'm thinking something like forward incoming calls from the LINE port to CC, pick up the name somehow and then forward the call back to the Obi.
