When logging in to the OBi expert to view stats or call status I've been getting the following message:
Cannot retrieve requested information from : device is not online.
Please try again later!
Device is on-line and functioning properly as far as I know. Is anyone else seeing this?
yeah, doesn't happen too often - but often enough to be annoying. Unfortunately, the only way to fix that I know of is actually unplug the device and then plug it back in. The good part, that the device is actually working fine; so there is no urgency if you can't get to it for awhile...
