I use Localphone on my OBi202 for outbound toll free and international calls which works great. However, inbound calls are not working. When I call my Localphone number from another phone, the phone connected to the OBi202 rings, I pick up and the calling phone is still hearing ringback. I try to talk to myself and no audio passes as the calling phone is still ringing. I checked call history (OBi202) and the call was connected, while the history on localphone does not show the call.
Did you check with Localphone's tech support?

Yes, I did. They requested screen shots of my config which I sent them. The jury is still out.
This may be so simple that I am not seeing it.
I thought I might try something...
I disabled Localphone on the OBi202 and configured it on an unused line on my Linksys SPA941 IP Phone. I was able to receive an inbound calls ok.
I disabled SIP ALG on the router and that seemed to fix the problem.
Hi, I am having the same problem with localphone. Can you tell me more about how to "Disable SIP ALG"?
Thanks!

This has to be done by logging into your router. Most routers are different as to exactly where to look for SIP ALG.
Not every router has SIP ALG and not every router that does have it provides a means to disable it.

"disable SIP ALG" is not a cure for everything.
You may have to configure STUN server. Some routers/gateways, like the one I have, will not work unless I configure DMZ.
