I had my curiosity satisfied regarding whether the Obivoice provided Grandstream ATA would work better with their network than my OBi. I got an immediate no from customer support and an explanation that they not resellers of the OBi. I came away from the chat glad that I had not been deliberately steered towards ditching my OBi for the sake of selling a device and a recommendation for using the OBi.
