I live in Brazil and have been using Google Voice w/ voip.ms as my backup provider. The ping times I get with voip.ms are okay but not great (not at home now and I don't remember the precise number), so I'd like to investigate transitioning to another provider with a better ping response once Google Voice stops working in May. Is anyone aware of any providers with SIP servers in South America or in Brazil (or otherwise have low ping times down here)? Interested in providers offering prepaid/pay-as-you go service, not a monthly plan. Thanks!

I am using didlogic.com. They have many proxies and also testing one in Sao Paulo.
