Arg, the worst. I know these guys are prolly slammed with new customers migrating from Google voice but geez. Emails are not responded to and when they are they refer you to the online ticketing system (which I cannot even log into...which is my problem, account issues).

Has anyone tried calling their main number in hopes of getting 'support'? Laughable and ridiculous. Click to Call service...yea I don't know what voodoo you need to make this work but it doesn't.

Okay company until you need assistance. I guess you get what you pay for. I certainly will not be sticking with Anveo after my pre-paid cash runs out....which it will....because I cannot login to my account to add money.

Probably a blessing in disguise  :-\
