Is there access to call history @ the OBiTALK online web portal? If so, where is it located? The OBi110 web page has this feature, I'm hoping the web portal does as well. Thanks for any info!

If such capability existed, the cacophony of complaints in the forum would be deafening. Obihai has been wise not to include it in other words. If you need that information remotely you should best consider VPN-tunneling into your LAN. That capability could serve a lot of other purposes as well, some related to your Obi, some related to general remote access needs.
