I am preparing to make some changes via Obi Expert, and would like to backup the configuration, but every time I try to backup the configuration, it returns the error:
"Can not retrieve configuration from device now. Please try again later"
This worked in the past, but now it seems to be broken. It has been providing this error for several days. I rebooted the routers, and same results. They are Obi110 Devices on v1.3.0(2824) and v1.3.0(2872)
I don't have local access, so I am unable to make a local configuration backup.

This is a problem 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Stopped functioning around April 3, 2015
I would like to confirm if it is a universal problem for all, or just a select few installations? How widespread of a problem is this? How can we resolve it?
Same here: I can NOT backup any of my OBi devices (OBi202, OBi200, OBi110, OBi100)
in OBiTalk Expert Mode. I also receive the message:
"Can not retrieve configuration from device now. Please try again later."
Backup was working when I last used it on May 1st and on April 15th.
I requested Support from Obihai on 5/20 to investigate the problem. Still awaiting contact/resolution.
