I have set up my Obi110's SP2 with a callcentric account.
And I added my another callcentric accout to my Circle of Trust.
Previously,The OBi Attendant came into play when I called SP2 callcentric number from my another callcentric number.
But,after the firmware update,The OBi Attendant doesn't work.My call from another callcentric account go directly
to Home Phone.

Please give me any advise.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Please post the contents of your OBi's SP2 -> X_InboundCallRoute.  You can replace any phone numbers with fake ones, but do so in a consistent fashion and point out which one is not going to the Auto Attendant.

Doraemon

Thank you for your quick response :)

Here is my SP2's X_InboundCallRoute

{(x.6501234567|x.17772221234):aa},{ph}

x.17772221234 is the CallCentric Number which is not going to the Auto Attendant.

RonR

I think x.17772221234 should be x.7772221234.

Change that and try it.  If it still doesn't work, look at your Call History and see what CallerID is logged.

If AA does not answer, does your phone ring?
What is the caller-id shown on the phone?
You can also check what incoming number is logged in the OBi's call history.

If you can't figure it out, please email support@obihai.com and include your OBi number; we can check your OBi config and status.

RonR

The phone number is coming in as an iNum number.

Replace x.17772221234 with 883510001192587

OOPS!
I've logged in Callcentric's preference page and check Caller ID to send: to 17772221234,
Obi attendant works again!

This is completely my mistake.

Thank you for your help :)
