OBi110 reboots during phone calls after firmware upgrade

Unless you work at Walmart or McDonalds, and value your time at $9/hr, I'd say you have far outspent the cost of a new OBi on this.  Unless you have a specific need for a POTS line interface, get a OBi 200 and get on with life.

I'm an engineer; I don't give up easy. But yes I'm probably going to have to replace this unit since I'm unable to determine what the issue is (can't rollback the firmware).

For anyone still interested, I turned on syslog and captured some info regarding the reboots (attached). They appear to be "scheduled" and not the result of a crash:
