I have obi200 with GV. A panasonic cordless phone integrated with answering machine picking up after 4 rings. Used to working fine, but recently broken. When I call my home, after 4 rings, I will here a short fax machine like sound, then line disconnected, never go to my answering machine. Would anyone please let me know how to fix that.
Also I don't understand the reason, but if I call my other
ring.to number (which is setup to forward to my GV number), then my phone will ring 4 times, then go to answering machine. It works, maybe because
ring.to already connected the line before forwarding to GV? I really have no idea.
